Becamex Binh Phuoc Power Joint Stock Company

1/ Becamex Binh Phuoc Power Joint Stock Company is the electricity provider within the Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park.

2/ They offer comprehensive electrical services within the industrial park at reasonable costs, including:

  •  Consultation for design and supervision of electrical construction projects.
  •  Implementation of medium and low voltage power supply within customer factories.
  • Operation of electrical facilities within customer factories
  •  Consultation, design, supervision, installation, and business of solar power within the industrial park.
  •  Preparation of technical agreement documents and connection of electrical projects.
  • Maintenance, testing, and certification of electrical equipment according to Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT.

 3/ The process of electricity provision is summarized as follow: A total duration of 9 days

Step 1: Receive documents and provide additional instructions (if necessary), transfer to the Survey Department (within 1 day)

 Electricity purchase documents include:

  •  1.1 - Electricity purchase request form (KD-01-02: Electricity Purchase Request Form)
  •  1.2 - ID/Passport of the legal representative
  •  1.3 - Land Use Right Certificate/ Land Lease Agreement/Decision on land allocation
  •  1.4 - Enterprise Registration Certificate/Investment Registration Certificate
  •  1.5 - Connection registration information (as provided)
  •  1.6 - List of equipment power, daily and monthly load curve, monthly electricity consumption chart (KD-01-03: Equipment Registration - Load Curve)
  •  1.7 - Forecast of load demand for the next 5 years

Step 2: Survey and plan for  power supply plan (within 1 day)

Step 3: Prepare connection agreement documents, including agreement, technical specification standards, customer invitation letter (within 2 days)

Step 4: Coordinate with the customer on connection agreement documents and service contracts provided by BBP JSC (within 1 day)

Step 5: Customer prepares electrical project design documents

BBP JSC provides a complete electrical project design service to the customer under a service contract (up to 30 days, depending on the project scale).

Step 6: Technical agreement on customer's project design documents submission (within 2 days), including:

  • Economic and technical report
  •  Technical documentation of used materials and equipment
  •  Single-line diagram
  •  Detailed technical installation drawings

Step 7: Customer implements construction based on the agreed technical design, with BBP JSC as the supervising entity

 BBP JSC provides a complete construction service for electrical projects to the customer under a service contract (up to 60 days, depending on the project scale).

Step 8: Finalize power supply, sign electricity purchase contract upon acceptance of customer's project completion (within 2 days)

Step 9: Execute the electricity purchase contract

 Note: If the customer entrusts the entire electrical project to BBP JSC, completion will occur within a maximum of 100 days.
