The Customer Service Center is located in the industrial park to accompany Investors and Workers throughout the investment and working process at Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park, including:

- Recruitment activities, advising on labor policies, promoting labor recruitment programs, job introduction, and providing support to workers in the industrial park.

- Advising Investors on understanding the policies and regulations of the law so that Investors can understand and comply with the regulations throughout their activities and development at Becamex - Binh Phuoc Industrial Park.

- Supporting Investors in carrying out initial legal procedures such as: Establishing legal entities to implement projects, applying for Business Registration Certificates and Enterprise Registration Certificates, etc.

- Acting as a bridge, facilitating connections between Investors and workers with the provincial authorities to receive guidance and answers to any difficulties and additional procedures that may arise.
