The Hayat Kimya factory, producing Molfix-branded baby diapers in the Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Zone, has a total investment of 250 million USD

With an automated production system following Hayat's global quality standards, the Hayat Kimya factory serves as a regional production center, specializing in manufacturing essential consumer products for both the domestic and export markets. The factory is expected to export 40% of its output to Thailand and Malaysia, with an anticipated annual export value of 50 million USD.

The inauguration of the Hayat Kimya factory marks a notable achievement in attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) for Binh Phuoc province, especially given the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic over the past two years. In the initial phase since late 2020, Hayat Group established Hayat Vietnam Company with an investment of 100 million USD, creating jobs for over 500 workers.

In the second phase, the Hayat factory in Vietnam will supply products to other potential markets within the ASEAN bloc k, such as Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, and Indonesia. The estimated total export value of Hayat Vietnam is 50 million USD per year. Alongside the existing baby diaper production, Hayat also plans to invest in a tissue paper factory with an output of 60,000 tons per year and a detergent manufacturing plant with a capacity of 250,000 tons per year.

Mr. Hasan Ugur – Vice President of Hayat Group responsible for Asia

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Province, Mrs. Tran Tue Hien emphasized: The diaper and tissue paper manufacturing plant of Hayat Kimya Group in Becamex Binh Phuoc Industrial Park, with a total investment of about $250 million (100% Turkish capital), is built on an area of 32 hectares. The Hayat plant in Binh Phuoc is expected to be a key pillar, exporting around 40% of the total capacity to countries like Thailand, Malaysia, etc. The presence of Hayat is compelling evidence of the effectiveness of Binh Phuoc in attracting investments from large global manufacturing conglomerates.

Prime Minister Mr. Pham Minh Chinh also applauds investors, highly appreciating their ability to overcome the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. He expresses the desire for investors to contribute to enhancing relations between countries and Vietnam, playing a part in maintaining peace. The Prime Minister emphasizes the importance of providing training for the workforce and ensuring social welfare, taking care of the material lives of workers, focusing on social housing, healthcare infrastructure, and cultural facilities for laborers. He underscores that Vietnam will not sacrifice the environment to attract investment, highlighting the need for Binh Phuoc to encourage investors to implement maximum environmental protection measures.
